What is a fanzine?A fanzine (or "zine" for short) is an anthology of art and/or writing, with a specific theme. Our zine features the four Nohrian royal siblings, Xander, Camilla, Leo, and Elise. Our zine will feature both reading and writing.How many contributors are you planning on accepting?Currently, we are estimating 20 page illustrators, 5 short story writers, and 5 merch artists.Will Corrin be considered a Nohrian sibling?No, Corrin is not considered a Nohrian sibling for this zine. This decision is based on the diverging paths available to Corrin (as a Hoshidan or a Valla royal). HOWEVER, contributors are free to depict Corrin or other non-Nohrian royals in the art so long as the focus is on the 4 siblings.Will Azura be considered a Nohrian sibling?No, Azura is not counted as a Nohrian royal. However, she can be depicted in the contributor works so long as the focus remains on the 4 siblings.Will ships be allowed?Ships will be allowed, but only as a background element. The focus must remain on the siblings.Is NSFW content allowed in the zine?
No, we ask that contributors refrain from violent and sexually explicit material in their work.What are the requirements for a contributor?
We ask that contributors be at least 18 years old or above to participate. Because there are financial and legal concerns with zine projects, we will not be accepting minors into the team.What will contributors receive for participating in the project?
Should this project be successful enough, every contributor will receive a free copy of the zine and merchandise, shipping included. If the zine does not raise enough funds to cover production costs, customers will be refunded and contributors will be given a free digital copy of the zine and electronic merchandise.

Mod Team

Lia

Role: Lead Moderator/Formatting/Shipping ModeratorLia is the lead mod, formatter, and shipping mod. She has led 2 Fire Emblem zines before, Courage and the Sword (2020) and Les Revenants (2021). She also helped out as the formatter and shipping mod for the Persona 5 Shuann zine, With The Stars and Us (2022).

KAL黒

Role: Finance ModeratorKAL黒 (formerly Calamari) is the Finance and Production mod. They have worked on zines as a mod for over 5 years on dozens of projects including Invisible Ties: A Chrobin Zine (2021), and they are a primary author on the Zine Creation Kit (2021-2022). They are currently also serving as Finance/Production on Tokihanatsu: A Mononoke Zine (2024), Surrender: A HSR Blade Zine (2024), Blue Paradise: HQ x PKMN TCG (2024), and they are the lead moderator of the Detective Conan zine group Haido City Zines (2023-present).

Corn

Role: Graphics ModeratorCorn (or Cory) is the Graphics mod. She is a full-time marketing graphic designer with a passion for Fire Emblem and fandom in general. She currently works among a variety of print and digital media, coordinating with clients on needs, deadlines, and goals for their unique projects.

Irene

Role: Art ModeratorIrène is the art mod. A fiery passion was ignited within her playing Fire Emblem Fates: Conquest for the first time in the summer of 2023 leading her to take her first steps in fandom. Her fandom experience includes contributing as a page artist for Flower of Nohr: An Elise Zine (2024), and participating in various fire emblem related events and exchanges such as the FE Art Scuffle and Secret Sothis.

Xtina

Role: Editor ModeratorChristina is the Editor mod. Her fandom experience includes finance moderation for the Revolutionary Guardians of Fodlan (2023) zine and contributing as a musician to the Lo-Fire Emblem 4 (2024) Lo-Fi music project on YouTube. Since 2021, Christina has organized the Nintendo and Fire Emblem meetups and photoshoots at Dragon Con. She additionally has over 10 years of experience in Consumer Insights, working with brands like Twitch, Disney, Microsoft, and Meta.

Julie

Role: Organization ModeratorJulie is the Organization mod. Her fandom experience includes running two Persona zines, Love's Encounter (2020) and With The Stars And Us (2022) and writer mod for Les Revenants (2022). She also has organized Shuann Week since its conception in 2019.
